Story Time Once More

Okay, I haven't decide on a title yet, but here's yet another crazy story idea.

In a dark and secret area of the school's private dorms, a round-faced dark haired boy sat up in a four-poster coughing uncontrollably. He seemed to be about 15 years old, perhaps older than his youthful appearance suggested. As he wiped some blood from his mouth he looked up to two rather morose faces. One, a girl, urged forward an inch, but the boy held his hand up to signal her to stay back. He cleared his throat.

"It's obvious, I don't have much time left. Please scout out a suitable replacement before time runs out."

The two nodded grimly and stepped back into the shadows. The boy stared at the blood smeared on his hand and gripped it tightly.

Grand Rose High School was a luxurious school known for being outrageously stylish and somewhat prestigious, but also opened to the poor and rich alike. Students could choose to live on or off the campus, and programs were available for needy students. Most of the students got along well and there was always a friendly atmosphere at the school. At least, for most...

Yuka had always been bad at making friends. Her shy disposition and overall lack of sincere sympathy left her somewhat isolated from her classmates, even if they chatted with her regularly. Her classmates all liked to date and had multiple relationships already and often gossiped in class about them. Yuka, on the other hand, had never been on a date or kissed anyone and was rather bashful and modest whenever they asked her about it.

Most teachers didn't pay her much attention as she always did well but never stood out in class. She more apt to figure problems on her own rather than ask questions. Her math teacher, however, admired her intelligence and often picked on her during class in order to break her out of her shell. He pushed her to ask questions and to even take advance studies.

He was a peculiar man himself, always wearing a long white lap coat despite not being being involved in the sciences, and constantly readjusting his glasses for better looks at student's papers. He made sure to always be in everyone's business and kept a surprisingly optimistic attitude in everything he did and said. In a way, he was Yuka's first friend, although their relationship never managed to get past student and teacher.

One day, like many, Yuka barrowed a few books for extra reference. As the slim but matured figure briskly climbed down the stairs from the classroom, her long hair flowing behind her, she suddenly lost her footing and skipped a step, causing herself to fall forward. She was unable to grab the railing because her hands grasped tightly around the math books in her arms.

Her face slammed firmly into a man's chest. He was wearing the male uniform and was tall and thin with spikey dark hair. His sharp and narrow eyes gazed down at her. He helped sitiuate her back on her feet, placing his strong hands onto her shoulders. Yuka was completely flustered and panicked as her feet reacquainted themselves with the ground. She held the books tightly to her chest, unable to look up at her savior in a blushing fit.

"T-Thank you very much" she managed to squeak as she broke away from him and ran. He watched her for a distance until she turned the corner.

Once Yuka managed to calm herself down, she realized she was a bit rude to the man who had catched her from falling. She looked back at the stairwell but he was gone. Somewhat disappointed, she continued on her way to her next class.

After school, she stopped by the math teacher's room again to return the math books as she had already used them during study hall. She thanked her teacher, and he claimed is was no trouble at all, that it brought him joy to be helpful. As Yuka began to turn for the door, he suddenly grabbed her wrist. His face seemed as taken off guard as hers, but for a different reason.

"That smell...Have you been hanging near the 'eclipsed'?" he asked in a tone with unfamiliar seriousness.

Yuka was taken aback a bit, not knowing what he was talking about. "Huh? Eclipsed?"

The teacher let go and stepped back, sighing to himself in relief. "Ah, never mind. It's nothing."

"Okay...See you tomorrow"

"Right. Um, Yuka...Please be careful."

"Hmm? Um, sure."

Yuka was confused at his warning and brushed it off, convincing herself that he must have been tired from a long week of working.

The next day was an ordinary day. It rained lightly, leaving an aura of gloom constantly in the sky for a good part of the day. Yuka went through the day with little incident and had nearly forgotten what had happened the day before.

As she headed down a hallway towards the exit a hand clasped her shoulder.

"Wait!"

She spun around only to find the man from the staircase incident asking her for help.

"I require your assistance, please come with me."

"Me?" Yuka was surprised. "Why me?"

"Just come one."

He got hold of her wrist and rushed off with her into a winding hallway, then a sharp corner, and then a series of more maze like corridors. He explained that she was the only one he knew of who could help him at that moment, though he spoke more as if he was forced to settle rather than holding her in high regards.

Yuka was curious to know what sort of help he needed, but was silent in all the rush.

They came to a secluded corridor in the dorm house, completely unfamiliar to Yuka. Her escort paused suddenly to find the young boy collapsed on the ground, his back against the wall. He was clinging to his chest in obvious pain.

"Shuta-sama! Why are you out of bed! I came with a replacement, as promised!"

"Cole-san, sorry. But I couldn't stay in bed much longer, I was hoping to meet you up here and--" He began to cough but stifle it.

Cole looked to Yuka. "I need your help saving him. His body is deteriating."

"Eh?!" Yuka jumped backward. "Do- do you need an ambulance? I have a cell phone somewhere--!" She searched about her in a hurried rush.

"No, we need nothing like that."

Yuka paused to look at Cole. Shuta sat up a bit more.

"What I need is your kiss."

Cole forced Yuka's head toward Shuta's, causing her knees to bend and her lips to plummet directly into Shuta's. For a moment they kissed, then suddenly Shuta's body completely disappeared.

Yuka stared wide-eyed where he had sat and slowly covered her mouth.

"What...just...happened?"

"You saved me." A rather transparent Shuta smiled beside her, now standing up with a healthier and more cheerful disposition.

He immediately answered her shocked face, "My spirit now resides with you until I can find my body."

Freaked out, Yuka stared blankly between him and Cole. Shuta put a hand on her shoulder, but it didn't have any weight or substance, almost like it wasn't there.

"You see, I've been cursed. My real body was sealed away, and a curse was placed upon me to prevent me from getting it back. Usually, I stay in fake bodies, artificial ones, but the first part of the curse causes these to decay fast, so I can't stay in one for very long, and I'm usually bed ridden. The second part of the curse is that I can't transfer with any of my followers."

"Followers?"

"SHUTA-SAMA~~~~~!!!!"

A tall red-haired girl stampeded down the hallway. She paused at the sight of Yuka, obviously more than just peeved.

"He- He transfered to your body? That's not fair!!! That's so not fair!! If only it were me!" She suddenly changed to a tragic heroine type. "I would have taken good care of him, and our first...our first..." She stared intently at Yuka.

"Gimme back our first kiss!!!" She attempted to grab Yuka by the shoulders, lips puckered. Yuka resisted, yelling back "Get away you crazy perv!!"

Shuta chuckled. "That's another of my followers, Rumi. She's very energetic."

Indeed she was, but now she blushed and stepped away, understanding her place.

So Yuka went home, now accompanied by Shuta's spirit. No one else but Yuka and Shuta's followers were able to see him now, and he assured her that her body would not decay even though he's cohabiting it.

And so, the next day the math teacher noticed that Yuka had an extra pressence, or so he could feel with his limited sensory. He invited her stay after school, but only intended to ask her about the feeling he had.

It turns out that the teacher Yuka respected the most actually worked for The Solstice, a group of sorcerers, wizards, and magicians who protect the oblivious world from evil monsters and dark magic users. He also explained how Shuta was the head of The Eclipsed, a group of dark magicians with unclear motives. He continued to say that Shuta was too powerful, and so they had to seperate him from his body for the greater good, and since she was associated with him, it was his obligation to kill her.

Epic Dream Time

So I had about 3 weird dreams last night that I could remember. The first one was by far the longest and craziest. The other two were more like snippets...

Part 1: The Mansion
So, a bunch of people I know and even more random anime characters and I were all in a big mansion with some sort of beach or pool in the back yard (I figured since I remember seeing beach sand and people dressed in swimwear).

We were all happy dandy until..um...well I can't quite remember clearly how but somehow I got a tip off that Azula (avatar) was gonna come to burn everything down for some reason or another (maybe cuz I didn't invite her?). The mansion now was bustling even more as people began to panic i guess.

For a mansion, it sorta felt small tho. There was a lot of shelving units and clutter everywhere. Well, I proposed to put everything in a moving van and run away, since this wqs the best solution I could think of to prevent dying at the hands of Azula. We ordered a small truck, and everyone began packing things into boxes to take to t he truck. The truck driver looked like some scruffy white guy with shoulder length dirty blonde hair: the epitome of skinny truck drivers form the movies, tooth pick in mouth, lame accent and all. The only thing that didn't quite make sense was how he got to the island (cuz at this point I saw in front of the house, and it was all beach with a little bit of forest and rock on the sides) in a truck. Maybe it flies?

Before we were anywhere finished with the packing, the truck driver said we took too long and decided to leave (maybe he was just scared since Azula's ship was about to port) and I was trying to get him to not leave, but i was too busy with other things. Then Azula came.

I guess in my dream world she doesn't have all her power since she only shot fire out of her hands, and it was normal instead of blue fire. Regardless, fire is fire and she's rather scary to deal with. She ran through the messy mansion looking around and finally arrived at a cluttered desk. She set a few things on fire, which spread, until the whole writing area was on fire. She made her evil laugh and walked away.

I started to freak, hoping the fire wouldn't spread to the top where i kept some action figures and stuff. AT the same I couldn't really do anything other than stare. Amazingly enough, the fire did the opposite. After looking away for a second, the fire was extinguished, only leaving a white soot layer on the desk.

So yay. Azula didn't burn the mansion down. But it was still a mess.

Second Dream
This one was really weird because I was myself when I was like in the 4th grade, and my friend Suzanne was there too. I was over her house (which didn't look like any house I've ever seen) just hanging out with her and Dal (though half the time you were out of my view) when I noticed a hand crank in the wall and a laundry shoot. The shoot itself was several shoots arrownged in a wheel formation that spun vertically via the crank thing. Suzanne apparently even pinned anime pictures to the backs of each section of the shoot.

To demonstrate it, and to find what a mysterious sound we heard was, she turned it, only to find a baby upside-down in a plastic tub, nakey and crying. Su picked it up and put it down, where it stopped crying. I was somewhat flabbergasted as how someone could fit a baby in there like that. Su shrugged as if it were a commonplace thing to do. Turning the crank more, we discovered another baby the same way, only this one had much darker skin. Weird....

Then I asked her about some of the pictures she had in them, to which she decided to avert my attention to a small flat screen TV and began showing me the intro some sort of girly borderline hentai game featuring a girl dancing around in the sky coming close to a panty shot several times. The end.

Final Dream
I was at krista's, which mysteriously looked like my old dining room, table and computer and all. Of course I didn't realize that until after I woke up. Anyway, so Krista for some odd reason now knew how to draw, and drew similarly to Dal. Dal was doing something on the computer of which I know not but it made me think of Slayers. Krista had drawn a four or six panel comic about something that had happened to her in a class once. Looking over the sketches, she stole most of the designs from Bishoujo Super Kawaii (one panel even featured Cherry saying something with Kawaii drawn chibi in the corner as a thought). I gave her a noogy and gave a freindly threat to press copyright charges whenever I got Kawaii published. She laughed but said she couldn't decide how to draw everyone. Here I was about to tell her I had an anime me I drew frequently, but i decided not to make things complicated, especially since she started inking it.

Looking around the table, she had a bunch of weird stuff that I guess could be used for manga. Most stuff seemed unnecessary. For example, a bottle with blue transparent liquid had caught my attention. It was something called "blender" or something rather. Krista said it was needed when you wanted to do...well...I can't really remember, but that it was necessary. I thought it was silly since half the stuff she had wasn't really needed.

Then I saw her struggle with a protractor and a compass. She was trying to make perfectly circular speech bubbles. I took the stuff away and told her she didn't need them, most manga have funny shaped bubble anyway. So then I got the computer from dal and was gonna show her some examples, except the computer was going super slow.

the end.

Dream time!

So last night I had a weird dream where I woke up in a big bright room on a big mattress. Dal had woken up too, and so we were chillin' out in this big room with white wall and shear curtains and a TV next to the bed.

Then Don swung on by and we started talking about anime or cosplay or something, but it resulted in Dal rushing to the bathroom and coming back with aqua-green hair dye. She splotched some on my head in various places so that I had aqua-green smudges here and there around my head.

Then we proceeded to run around the place, finding weird shoots and slides and stuff. Now that I think of it, the decor is much like Aizen's Las Noches place, where everything is white with black accents.

Once we were tired we went back to the room and I turned on the TV to watch some anime. Can't remember what it was, but I caught the end of it. Sorta looked like Yu Gi Oh. The show after that was the new season of Code Geass, but it was already an episode or two in. I told Dal to change it since I didn't want to spoil it for myself, and we had the first episode on the computer. She wanted to watch, but I got the remote and changed it anyway.

What I saw before I changed it was this: Everyone had more detailed outfits than before, Lelouch was doing something as Zero. Meanwhile Yuffie returned from the dead, ticked off, and managed to find C.C., convincing her to have a private girl to girl talk. Yuffie also had Fei Wong (from Tubasa Chronicle)'s symbol tattooed on her cheek and left arm. C.C. looked kinda sad like it was her fault that Yuffie died or something.

So, I changed the channel to some other anime that had girls in mecha-body suits (Sorta like Bubblegum Crisis I guess?). They were all underground with a cast of peculiar looking guys who all looked like they walked out of One Piece, with the exception of the short Chronos Di Medici look-a-like.

Next thing I remember was that I was at one of my old schools (looked like Elementary, felt like Middle School, but my high school art teacher was there). Ms. Hauffman was chatting with me and a few other kids in the room about college and myself while working on some sort of arts and craft activity. Dal was with me, but then she went to the cafeteria with someone to check something else. Then mom called me, and I asked her to pick us up. I chatted with Ms. Hauffman a little bit more (it felt like 5 minutes, but my watch made it sound like an hour) and I left to go outside and wait for mom. I realized I didn't have a cellphone to call Dal with, so I figured I'd use mom's when I find her.

The sun was super bright so I had trouble seeing. I had to keep blinking otherwise everything would get blurry and sunglasses didn't help at all. Cars started rushing in to pick up students, but ended up slamming into each other and speeding around. The lot looked a lot like the side lot from elementary school. I couldn't find mom and I was getting worried. I considered looking for Dal instead, but I told myself I should stay put because I have bad luck looking for others.

My dream ended around there somewhere. Don't ask me how mom called me if I didn't have a phone. I''m not sure myself.

Now matter how warmly I dress, no matter how bundled up I can be, I still feel horribly cold in my 7:30 class. and for me cold = insta-sleep.

I managed to stay awake long enough to enjoy some german renaissance art, but once we hit the netherlands' I was dozing off.

Maybe I should sit with someone? Risidual body heat might actually help. But at the same time, I feel wierd suddenly changing my seat two weeks before the semester ends.

Yabai! やばい!

So, every time I look at GX or the upcoming 5D's (which I'm excited about for some odd reason) I keep thinking up my own YuGiOh DuelMonsters series.

Don't know what to call it. There are these two factions, one good, one evil. Evil people want what the good people have, the good people are trying to protect it. SO, professor dude on the good side says he's making a secret sure-win weapony thing. He disappears for 5 or 10 years, with limited contact with the good peeps. One day he comepletely goes missing. No one can find him anywhere, and it is assumed that the bad guys might have taken him.

Then they get a present at their front door. It is the professor's younger sister whom he had been taking care of all these years, fully equipped with a new deck no one has ever seen before. She is very worried over her brother's sudden disappearance (or kidnapping) and was told to go to them with the "secret weapon". Everyone assumes the new deck is it, but no one but the girl seems to be able to use it properly...

------
Really, she (her name is now Yuko) can hear duel spirits, as well as predict people's strategies with 75% accuracy that increases by 5% with each passing turn. So, usually she can win a duel within 6 turns. It also works if she watches other people duel, but anyone can do that. If she doesn't know a cards effect or understand it, she just asks the card regardless of who's side it is on.

In a way, she's just a big cheater, isn't she? ^__^

By The Way...

Instead of reading One Piece manga, I changed my lournal layout. Wish it were a bit wider, but it looks cool never-the-less. Enjoy the 10px turquoise borders! Hope it looks right in Mozilla....

I just feel like blogging

Intro to today's blog
I felt like blogging somewhere, and since facebook doesn't have an obvious blog, IMVU is the last place I'd want to blog, and livejournal I share, I decided to post here. I might copy-and-paste this to LJ later if I feel like hearing what others feel like telling me.

But really, I only get comments from like 1 or 2 people. None of my other friends have blogs, and color just doesn't comment much. or at all. unles i direct something to her. which is perfectly fine, since i rarely comment her either, anyway. punctuation is fun to abuse.

Complaint Desk
I'll complain now that my shoulders will probably be a little sore from carrying my laptop in its bag because I'm a wimp, and maybe typing it out here will prevent me from complaining in real life (which I do way too much). I'de just put it with my other books, except I don't have a safe cushioned place for it in my normal bag, and I fear for its fragile, old life. P.S. I love you, Lappy.

Today in School...
This morning, my 8 o'clock class declared itself canceled since the professor said he wasn't going to come. Still, the class helper and I still came, and one other girl who was absent for a few weeks while being sick in the hospital and didn't know. I went just in case, Jenny went because the professor wanted her to take role. There was one guy who came, but he only stayed for 5 minutes. So, the three of us girls chit-chatted about stuff. Amy decided she wants to take Jenny and me out to clubs one day, and get us drunk (just for fun). She was joking of course, but she still said we should go for the experience, even if we just sit on the couch or whatever (jenny exclaimed "There are couches at clubs?"). I was the only one who had never had a boy friend (but I did say I had someone who was "like" a boyfirend). I felt a little behind the times, but I wouldn't want it any other way.

I also learned that Disney likes short people for characters, and that Amy had worked there once as Belle, Alice (in wonderland) and Wendy (peter pan). She said they like really short people for like Chipmunk costumes and Mini Mouse and stuff. She said its fun except it ruins your fantasy of the characters after seeing Donald Duck take his head off and go smoke. Its also hot in those costumes, but that much was obvious. Well, if I'm ever that desperate for a job, but I don't think I'd want to drive all the way over there just to be stuffed into a hot suit. I might punch a kid or something.

On My Mind
I love Tegaki Blog (translates to Handwritten Blog) but it's all in japanese and I don't speak/read it. Which is why I don't use it every hour of the day or comment on other's very often. It's really just an oekaki app using flash, and once you post it turns it into a jpg. I would really want one of these in english, though. I would seriously use it constantly (like Koge-Donbo).

I googled "handwritten blog" but got nothing but people who scanned/photographed handwritten journals and whatnot. For the most part, if I'd actually want a handwritten blog, I'd have to just draw it, upload it to photobucket or something, and then just [img src="url.jpg"] into a normal blog. But that's more work than I'm willing to do.

So, until someone either makes an english version of Tegaki or comes up with something to the equivalent or better, I'll just type and try to understand japanese.

Homework
I was actually doing homework, but I really felt like blogging. I'll finish it when I'm done.

Concerns
It's cold today. Being cold makes me lazy. Also, I would be finishing off my orange juice except that I would just colder. I really should drink water instead, but regardless I'm too cold. So I will sit around shivering and slightly thirsty instead.

Boy, is my nose stuffy. At least its not running, but it's really hard to breath. I'll say I'm at 60% full breathing capacity that the moment, since one nostril is mostly clear, and the other is somewhat stuffy. Doesn't mean that it is entirely comfortable, though. I guess I need more nasal spray. Alegra seems to only really work at night, while I sleep, and maybe a bit into the morning. But, like now, into the afternoon my nose stings and itches, and my eyes water, and blowing my nose seems futile. Just a little frustrating.

I'm tired of my blog's layout (but the color scheme is still cool =D). I don't like how its all up on one side, I think I'd rather have it in the middle now. Only thing is that I'd have to redo my awesome graphics. Maybe this time I should use my own fanart? I'll think it over...

Manga
Absolutely in the mood to be working on some manga right now. Maybe I should work on NEPTEC instead. It would be nice to finish that sometime soon.

Read up to chapter 237 or 238 in One Piece. The straw-hat crew made to the Sky Sea, and now found the Gates of Heaven. I get the feeling this won't turn out good... The scans now seem to be coming from the japanese graphic novels rather than the low-quality chinese ones. But I'm reading it all for free, so I can't say anything. I like the nicer quality tho. The sky sea is really cool looking, I must say. I'd like to go one day myself what the heck am I talking about?

Reading Tsubasa Chronicles and brainstorming about a love comedy right after isn't a good thing for me because it turns into a drama. Nothing wrong with dramas, I find them much easier to write than comedies. But I really want to try writing a light-hearted love story (though its more like unrequited love). I really want to continue Dragon Princess and Ring of Justice too, but I'm waiting until I finish NEPTEC and finish putting the chapters I have scanned up onto the website. Animations are so time consuming, much more so than drawing manga. But it seems people like animations more than reading manga. It makes me a little frustrated, especially since my friends never seem to ask me about the next Dragon Princess or anything. I guess I'll just have to be patient, get my degree and then I can sell my soul to a company like Tokyo Pop or Seven Seas or Black Horse(?) or the other ones that are out there.

Concluding today's rant....
Sorry to have dragged out so long! But now my entries won't drag out so long until I pile up more blog-material. Time to finish reading on doubling the human life-span and taking a side (I'm on the side of not, but I'm not too passionate about either).

Company.
Mission to protect the city from evil humanoids and crazy scientists and stuff. Apparently the company originally did something very different in the past before anyone (except the Boss) was there, and the enemies are after its original purpose.

(personally, I'm thinking something along the lines of genetics or the creation of a weapon.)

Today's Accomplishments

Today my english class was held outside on account that it was a nice day, but I swear the wind had my hair flipping upside down. Rather enjoyable, regardless.

Before that, the library computers were acting rather wonky. Every time I opened IE or a new tab an error message would come up saying something about not finding something. Then it would load whatever url I was trying to get to. This became quite the nuisance when I wanted to read one piece, as it crashed after opening 3 or 4 tabbed pages.

My solution? I opened up IE, typed in "Mozilla.com" and downloaded mozilla. The fact that I could without any problem was more reason to do it.

And so, I was able to read One Piece in peace, even though I was the only person using Mozilla in the library (with the exception of people who brought their own laptops I suppose).

Now to upload my Neuro icon, as I keep forgetting to do that...

While I wait for Magical Destroy to convert....

Ma- Ma- MAJIKARIU~! DESUTOROIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!

Anyway, I wanted to jot down some little tidbits and ideas for manga, maybe something less magical centric and more on character development or comedy.

A: Well, it's like cake
B: I like brownie more tho. When I eat cake, I feel guilty, like I'm gonna get fat. But brownies don't.
A: Wow, that's awesome. It's like you're in a brownie euphoria.

:::Other idea:::
